What do you enjoy most about working at MetaPM?

There are so many things I enjoy about working at MetaPM, but the top reasons would be the diversity of clients, the range of opportunities and the easy-going nature of how things operate.

If you were to describe our company in 3 words, what would they be?

Professional, diverse and dynamic.

What do you like most about your job?

There is so much flexibility to go from one industry to the next with a seamless transition. In my experience I have transferred from satellite to supply chain sectors. It doesn’t get much more diverse than that!

What does a typical working day look like for you?

Every day can be different in so many ways! There is no typical day, there is always new challenges to resolve.

What is one of the most interesting tasks / projects you have worked on?

One interesting project I have worked was for is the very unique world of satellite communication. This involved the scheduling and testing of multiple solutions from a hardware and software perspective.

What would you say to someone looking to work at MetaPM?

What led you to become a consultant?

I was looking for a challenge and diversity in the project management world!

What gives you the greatest satisfaction in your role?

Successfully delivering an outcome that is accepted and well received by a customer. Working out what the client wants, making sure they are happy and finding the right solution is a rewarding experience!

What’s one interesting thing about you that not many people know of?

I’ve always been doing some kind of project management in my life, whether it be my personal life, my career, my band or my family. Yes, I was in a band! I was the lead singer and guitarist for a band called Quarter K.
