Our trainers engaged by MetaPM Learning have been project managers, program managers or consultants, and have extensive knowledge and experience which they bring to their training and consulting work.

All of our courses are currently available via Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and classroom face-to-face training.

Virtual Instructor Led – Online

The VILT online format enables students to remotely attend classes in full HD video and audio. MetaPM Learning’s virtual classrooms are designed to deliver a highly effective and comprehensive learning experience for students. Our facilitators strive to achieve two-way communication and delivery in real-time, whilst sharing supplementary information through video, documents, and written notes (and more) as required.

Certified Courses

All MetaPM Certified Foundation and Practitioner courses include the corresponding online examinations. This ensures that every student who invests in training has the opportunity to attain the corresponding certification which validates the students learning, underpins professional standing and justifies their or their organisation’s investment in training. Training materials are provided in digital format for all course options. Official text books will be posted via express post when included with the specific course.

Please note we do not offer the PMP or CAPM exams. These can be organised via the PMI.

Where do you offer the training courses?

MetaPM offer a full range of courses at our training centre in Melbourne CBD. We also deliver courses across Australia at clients site and conference facilities.

Are all of your courses accredited?

The majority of our courses are accredited except for the short courses. Each accredited course is offered with the relevant examination.

By attending a MetaPM course do I earn Professional Development Unit (PDU’s)?

PDU’s measure your professional development. By attending our courses you can earn PDU’s. On successful completion of one of our courses we will provide a certificate details the PDU’s earned.

Our Quality Guarantee & Complaints Procedure

MetaPM places great emphasis on quality trainers and teaching, directly resulting in 95% of delegates successfully completing the Foundation exam on their first attempt. In the unlikely event of a failure, further coaching and a second exam will be arranged at no cost. Delegates are expected to attend a minimum of 80% of the Foundation course and to complete all of the homework and tasks as required in order to be eligible for a charge-free second attempt.

If you are not happy with the services you have received whilst dealing with our organisation we encourage you to reach out and contact our team via email at manager@metapm.com.au or by calling our offices 1800 800 436.  Once received, we will respond to you within 24 hours confirming receipt of enquiry and next steps.

A case file number will be allocated to your enquiry and a member of our team will be assigned to investigate.  Our complaints procedures will be implemented as documented within our Quality Management System. We will do everything in our power to provide a satisfactory outcome for you.  Once resolved the case will be closed and a report will be provided to you in writing.

What is MetaPM's Covid Vaccination Policy

October 2021 – The team at MetaPM are committed to ensuring the health and wellbeing of our clients, staff, students and community during Covid 19 pandemic. We commit to:-

  • Serve our community with the highest standards and ensure we work within state health guidelines
  • Provide all with a safe learning and working environment

COVID-19 Vaccination - The Australian Government’s current policy is that individuals should be free to choose whether to have a COVID-19 vaccination or not, however it encourages as many Australians to be vaccinated for COVID-19 as possible. In line with this the current policy all MetaPM’ s clients, staff, students and visitors who attend our Sydney and Melbourne training facilities/offices will be required to be fully vaccinated.

Proof of Vaccination - On entry to our offices clients, staff, students and visitors are required to show their vaccination status prior to entry. Proof of Vaccination can be provided in the following:-

  • Digital Certificate
  • Immunisation History Statement

Please check in using the QR code on arrival and:

  • Wear a face mask unless government restrictions change
  • Social distance
  • Practice Good hygiene, handwashing etc
