Portfolio Management Handbook – A MetaPM Case Study
This case study documents how MetaPM were engaged by a Government ICT Division to analyse the organisation’s needs and develop a core set of high-level principles and processes to provide a standardised set of guidelines. MetaPM addressed this by producing a Portfolio Management Handbook which was aligned to APMG’s Management of Portfolios, supported by detailed descriptions of portfolio management roles and responsibilities.
