Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) teaches experienced agile practitioners how to use the Disciplined Agile (DA™) tool kit to optimize how teams work and solve a variety of advanced problems.
This 14 PDU course will prepare you to take the DASSM exam and start using Disciplined Agile immediately within your leadership role.
MetaPM Learning has partnered with the PMI for many years, we were one of the first Australian Authorised Training Providers (A.T.P) to be able to offer both DASM and DASSM Certification Preparation Training. The DA certifications complement our existing PMP and CAPM courses. We work with our students to enable them to achieve their PMI certifications with confidence and support.
This course is accredited by the PMI. The exam fee is included in the cost of training course which must be taken with 30 days of completing the training.
This course can be delivered virtually or face-to-face, depending on your chosen dates. Virtual lessons are delivered online using Zoom, allowing you to dial in remotely. Our virtual classrooms are designed to deliver a highly effective and comprehensive learning experience.

By the end of the course, students will be able to tailor their DA approach and be prepared to lead their team with DA. It proves students with the knowledge to take Disciplined Agile to a new level by providing the tools to solve complex problems and enhance organisational agility.
In just two days, students will be able to adopt an agile mindset, tailor and scale any agile or lean approach using the Disciplined Agile tool kit to choose their way of working (WoW).
Filled with activities, animations, supplemental reading, and more, this course will prepare students to take the Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) exam and, equally important, start using Disciplined Agile immediately.
