PRINCE2 Agile® is a solution combining the flexibility/responsiveness of Agile with the defined framework of PRINCE2®. The PRINCE2 Agile® framework covers a wide range of Agile concepts, including Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup.

The PRINCE2 Agile® course is a professional training and certification scheme to support those forward-thinking organisations and individuals already benefitting from PRINCE2®.

Upon course completion, participants will
be able to:

• Understand how to tailor the integrated set of PRINCE2® principles, themes and processes to an Agile project
• Understand how to produce the PRINCE2® management products in an Agile project
• Be able to map the common Agile roles to the PRINCE2® project management team structure
• Understand how to incorporate the fundamental Agile behaviours, concepts and techniques into PRINCE2®
• Gain PRINCE2 Agile® accreditation
