Overview

The MetaPM Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt course is designed to provide a thorough knowledge base in Six Sigma, Lean and Change Management principles. The program provides business and operations leaders with complementary skills needed to effectively implement projects and manage the risks associated with change.

The program includes tools used in and practical training on the structure of Lean Six Sigma projects. Through a combination of classroom training, practical exercises, and shared experiences, participants are ‘walked through’ the project process to become familiar with the steps of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC projects.

During the program participants will be required to use statistical software. We offer either MINITAB™ or SigmaXL™ statistical software in our training. No prior knowledge of either software program is needed. A full practical introduction is included at the start of he program. Participants will need to bring a laptop computer.

Certification

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Practitioner certification will be issued to program participants who have successfully:

This Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt course is a 4-day accelerated foundation course concentrating on the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
