Agile Programme Management (AgilePgM®) focuses on applying Agile principles to programmes, and on management of programmes. AgilePgM® provides a robust programme methodology that can be used standalone or in conjunction with
existing programme management methodologies.

AgilePgM® is a fully accredited programme management methodology. It is intended for organisations delivering transformative change programmes where organisational strategy is complex/evolving or where some or all projects are agile, both in the private and public sectors.

Upon course completion, participants will
be able to:

• Explain the purpose, scope and value of the AgilePgM ® Methodology
• Understand and explain in detail the method’s principles, lifecycle and products
• Determine the applicability of AgilePgM® to a current or proposed programme
• Gain AgilePgM® accreditation
