The material is a rigorous study of the Guide to 3 days the Project Management Body of Knowledge ( PMBOK ® Guide ), across its 10 areas of management. The goal of the course is to make the participant a better project manager and leader. Specifically participants will learn about the parameters that drive project success and also strategies to be applied when some of these parameters are missing.

At the completion of this course, participants

  • Identify the relevance of the 5 process groups across the project lifecycle
  • Apply key management techniques across the project lifecycle
  • Enhance their preventive strategies to risks and project performance
  • Identify a rigorous project planning approach across the 10 major areas
  • Control projects using a range of project metrics and objective judgement
  • Manage stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
