Adopting a programme management approach such as MSP provides structure to help organisations avoid common pitfalls and achieve their goals.

Management of Portfolios (MoP®) is a fully accredited course in Portfolio Management suitable for organisations of all sizes and levels of complexity in both the public and private sector. MoP will enable a more balanced approach to portfolios as an organisation’s investment changes, which will enable strategic objectives to be achieved.

Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O®) provides a decision-enabling/delivery support structure for all change within an organisation. The purpose of P3O® guidance is to provide universally applicable guidance that will enable individuals and organisations to successfully establish, develop and maintain appropriate business support structures.

Project Management Fundamentals provides an overview of the project lifecycle, planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, risk management, issue management, project implementation and the challenges around that.

The course is based on the PMBOK® Guide - Sixth Edition, published by the Project Management Institute (PMI) which is the current set of standards upon which the PMP certification is based. The Agile Practice Guide, also published by PMI, is a companion text that focuses on the Agile concepts relevant to project management. The new PMP exam was launched January 2, 2021 and reflects the “A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) - Sixth Edition and Agile Practice Guide”.

The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) course is designed for entry level project managers, project coordinators, administrators, and other project stakeholders to prepare for the CAPM® Certification Examination. It provides the 23 hours of project management specific education required to qualify for the credential.
