Our client was a government owned Telecommunications service provider that has grown to 200 staff in 4 years and was looking to improve their Programme and Project management maturity to ultimately deliver more successful outcomes for their organisation. MetaPM was engaged to provide a team of experienced management consultants to conduct the P3M3 assessment. The final report was well received and seen as providing significant value in shaping Portfolio Management, Programme and Project delivery in the future.
